Criminal Law
I am providing legal representation in criminal matters at all levels and all stages of the judicial process. This includes, among others, bail applications, sufficiency hearings, police station and prison visits as well as acting as defence counsel in Magistrate and High Court.

Employment Law
In the area of employment field, I advise on all aspects of labor relations before the Industrial Court and engage in mediation and arbitration as well as disciplinary procedures. This would include, among others, the drafting of collective labor agreements and management contracts and the handling of dismissals and claims for compensation.
Constitutional Law
I am providing advisory and advocacy services in respect of judicial review proceedings across the whole range of public, planning and environmental law as well as in the fields of regulatory, healthcare, civil liberties, social security and immigration law representing private individuals and others seeking to challenge government decisions. I will also provide representation on constitutional matters.
Civil Law
I accept instructions in the areas of medical negligence and personal injuries, contract law, and defamation.
Family Law
In my family law practice, I provide advice concerning legal relationships among family members as they relate to issues such as adoption, child custody, visitation rights, domestic violence, divorce and marital property rights.
